Duck and goose market
Like each year, from mid-November until the end of February, a succession of award-winning duck and goose markets are held every Wednesday in the heart of this Medieval-Renaissance town, the uncontested gourmet capital.
It’s a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the life of the town. You will find a wide variety of local produce: truffles, geese, ducks and of course the famous foie gras!
