Bordeaux, the cycling city

Did you know that Bordeaux and the surrounding area have no less than 700 km of cycling tracks? Christiane and Paolo, your ‘bike guides’, offer several itineraries around the city as well as along the wine route and around the Bay of Arcachon.

Be it for a couple of hours or a whole day, daytime or night-time; you can admire the cultural and natural riches of the area. The 18th-century façades along the quaysides; narrow streets leading to lively squares; and a short ride away, the peace and quiet of the city’s many green areas for a moment’s rest.

A simple, economical and ecological way to see the city.

On the practical side of things, the association has bikes available, although you can come with your own. Rides take place every day at 10 am, 2.30 pm and 8.30 pm.
