Master chocolatiers
One way to discover the city is to follow an itinerary based on chocolate, a great Bayonne speciality since the 16th century.
No less than 7 master chocolatiers are located in the medieval city, including a chocolate workshop-museum where a journey lasting approximately 1 1/2hrs awaits you, to captivate your eyes first, followed by your taste buds.
