Gourmet weekend

The goose and duck market season has well and truly begun. Périgueux is famous among other things for its markets, and the stalls on Wednesdays and Saturdays are now groaning under the weight of regional produce: fattened ducks and geese, foie gras, magret, truffles… From November to March, the local gourmet tradition will delight all lovers of fine wares.
