The Ham Fair (from 5th to 8th April)
On Easter weekend each year, the ham fair unites fans of the famous Bayonne speciality. The fair has existed since the 15th century and represents a great traditional festival.
An event not to be missed, the fair offers the finest hams, pork products and traditional cooked meats, which are available in the market place.
